Pokemon Charizard Time Plush

This is my first ever Time Plush, I'm not really sure but is there anything about a Time plush that makes it a Time Plush besides the eyes?
I made this guy to test out a charizard pattern for a project I'm working on and I decided to give him Time Plush eyes. I didn't add his claws because I was too lazy to ;w;
